Authors Blog Hop

I am very excited to participate in the Authors Blog Hop this year.  Be sure you read to the end, I have a Rafflecopter set up just for you!

I live in Tulsa, Ok with my husband (of 15 years) and our 5 children, ages 5-15.  There is never a quiet moment at my house.  Well, unless you count late at night when we're all in bed asleep.

I began writing when I was in middle school after reading my best friend's short stories.  She would write these stories and then pass them around school.  I found myself being sucked into her creative worlds and thought they were fantastic and decided that I wanted to create my own.

In 2010 Teresa Fuentez asked me to co-author a series with her.  This was the first time I had ever considered publishing any of my work.  I've had a blast working with Teresa and hope for many more stories with her.  We have written and published Princesses of the Night and Hold Fast, the first two books in the Royal Blood series.

Since taking that big leap I have published two short stories of my own and I am currently working on my first Contemporary Romance novel.  Love Redeemed will be out this fall.

Makayla's life seems to have taken a downward spiral.  Her twin blames himself for not protecting her over the summer.  To add to her stress, her mom is in ICU suffering from injuries acquired after being hit by a drunk driver.  Depression is heavy on her heart.  Can her ex-best friend and crush help to mend her broken heart?
